With our returns, unfortunately, we do NOT offer a Money Back Guarantee on our products, however, if we are notified within our “Return Policy” timeline, of the reason for the return, we may be able to work with our customers towards an amicable solution.
Non Personalized Purchases and Buyers Remorse:
We do accept returns if they are approved, but returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We encourage you to read the product descriptions and measurements carefully to avoid returns.
All items must be returned in the same condition it was received including all the packaging. Please notify us within 5 days regarding why the item is being returned. You will need to contact us via email at email@example.com within this time frame and get an RA number and instructions on where to return the item.
Not following these guidelines we will not be able to refund the product. Buyer is also responsible for all shipping costs. The original shipping, handling, and any applicable tax are NOT REFUNDABLE for returns.
Damage To Product:
If an item was damaged during transit please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of the item being delivered so we are able to figure out the best solution to replace that particular item that was damaged.
Returns are generally processed within 1-2 business days upon return delivery date. However there may be some delay in processing especially during the holiday seasons.

We stand behind our products and are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged merchandise. Our guarantee includes exchanges only. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 5 business days of delivery date No Exceptions. Any defective or damaged merchandise you wish to exchange or return must have an RA NUMBER before returning. Shugar Plums Gift Store will gladly reimburse return shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns (non-personalized merchandise returned for credit will not qualify for shipping reimbursement).Please contact us at email@example.com to receive instructions on where to return the item. No refunds are available on personalized items. PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Our personalization techniques are personally made for you and returned merchandise cannot be resold.
Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason after the event date, regardless if they are defective or damaged.
Non Refundable items:
Bedding, bath linens, body products, large art prints, and some oversized items, including furniture, rugs, poufs and lighting are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are considered final sale. For these final sale items we encourage our customers to view all descriptions, measurements, and photos, as well as contact us with any questions before purchasing.
Some select furniture, rugs & lighting are eligible for return or exchange, and can be returned for a merchandise credit or exchange, less all shipping fees, which is good for one year from date of return, less all shipping fees plus a 20% restocking fee.
